Daiki is capable of producing a wide range of products to meet your needs. We are particularly proud of our pressing, cutting and paint operations. Our 1200-Ton press is capable of pressing dimensions up to 500mm (H) x 1200mm (B) x 2000mm (L). Our four 3D Laser Cutting Machines are among a very small number in operation in the United States and cut up to 4.5mm thickness on a three axis basis. At the heart of our complete paint system is the E-Coat (prime coat) process that offers unsurpassed rust prevention. An experienced engineering group and excellent support from our Japanese stockholders assist all operations.
